Who we are

  • Pouch Haus Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through pouchhaus.co.uk. You can reach us any time at support@pouchhaus.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, mobile number and password.
  • Order details: delivery address, items ordered, payment confirmation (we never store full card numbers).
  • Age verification: confirmation that you are 18 or over.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, basket activity and device information, used to keep the shop working and improve it.

How we use it

  • To take payment, pack and deliver your order and keep you updated by email or SMS.
  • To run your account, rewards and any subscription you choose.
  • To prevent fraud and make sure pouches are only sold to over-18s.
  • To send marketing only where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

  • We share only what is needed with our warehouse and delivery partners, payment provider and email/SMS providers. We never sell your data.

Keeping it

  • Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax rules. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

  • You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to marketing. Email support@pouchhaus.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
