About these terms
- These terms cover your use of pouchhaus.co.uk and any order you place with Pouch Haus Ltd. By ordering you agree to them.
Age restriction
- Nicotine pouches are sold to over-18s only. We verify age at checkout and on delivery, and we will cancel and refund any order where age cannot be confirmed.
Orders and prices
- A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been despatched.
- Prices include UK VAT. Delivery is charged at checkout and shown before you pay.
- If an item is priced or listed in error we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Stock
- Stock levels update through the day. If an item sells out after you order, we will refund that line in full.
Cancelling and returns
- You can cancel an unopened order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. See our returns policy for how it works.
Our liability
- Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
